Hi, I’m Kaitlin, the creative force behind Mila Rose Events. With almost a decade of experience in the event planning industry, I’ve had the pleasure of designing and executing everything from luxurious weddings to intimate social gatherings. My passion lies in bringing each client’s vision to life through my eye for detail and a love for creativity. Event planning is my full-time job, along with my passion project named after my daughter, so I always have a pulse on the upcoming trends and newest ideas.

My approach is personalized, and I’m dedicated to ensuring that every event is seamless, memorable, and uniquely yours. I have had the privilege of working with large-scale companies and individuals to bring their events to life, always focusing on creativity, precision, and a smooth, stress-free process.

I have my Bachelors from the Harvard of the West, Arizona State University. I also hold a certificate in Convention Sales and Meeting Planning from ASU. I am currently getting a Special Event Management Certificate at ASU and a Hospitality and Tourism Certificate from NYU!
I have been planning events for fun since I was a kid and assisted my mother in planning many events over the years. I got my first “real” job in the industry during college planning weddings & events at a golf course and, as they say, the rest is history!

It’s so hard to pick one favorite part!
I love the details, organization and planning but I think my most favorite is exceeding peoples expectations of what is possible in the event realm and bringing so much joy to people by planning and executing their dreams!
